Year 4 Willum Warrain and Balnarring Wetlands

Year 4 students will visit Willum Warrain, the home of the local Aboriginal community on the Mornington Peninsula for an authentic cultural experience.

The visit will include a welcoming ceremony, story-telling, dance, traditional huts and an opportunity to consider the impact of colonisation. We will also include a visit to Balnarring Beach to learn more about the areas natural and cultural heritage values while exploring the Balnarring foreshore.
